A user space runtime system that allows for rapid prototyping of resource-aware scheduling methodologies. The system negates the need for kernel-level software configuration by safely abstracting away operations such as shared memory management, signal handling, creation & termination of programs, and collection and analysis of experimental results.

Uses Intel's MBM and CMT when available, in addition to the Model Specific Registers (MSRs).
